Our adventure with bees started in 2004 with one hive of bees. It soon turned in to two hives, then ten, then twenty, and now over one hundred! We pride ourselves on bringing you pure, raw wildflower honey from the hills of SW Pennsyvlania. Each blooming flower, tree, and berry lends its own color and flavor to the honey that you won’t be able to find anywhere else.
Honey and water. It’s a wonderfully hydrating, energizing combination that dates back to the first Olympics where the athletes used it to fuel their feats.
For two years, co-founders Michele Meloy Burchfield studied honey, its benefits and the beautiful bees that make it. Their joint passion soon blossomed into Blume Honey Water, a line of naturally energizing, elegantly hydrating waters that delight the palate and build awareness around bee sustainability.
Brunton Dairy is a family farm located in Independence Township, Beaver County, PA. Brothers Ed and Herb are the seventh generation to work the farm, which covers 200 acres and dates to 1832. All of the milk we sell comes from the cows on our farm.
Clover Creek Cheese Cellar is a family-operated farm that produces Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture regulated pasture-raised raw milk, artisan raw milk cheeses, and pasture-raised beef.
It started, as most good stories do, with a goat. And before you know it, there was another goat. and then another. Then, with all those goats, it quickly became about milk. And then, happily cheese. From fresh chèvre to interesting aged cheeses, we’re creating some of the region’s finest cheeses, from goat milk, cow milk, and a delicious blend of both.

Our family has been farming the same land continuously since 1867. We proudly pasture our cows, and always have. We value simple, "eatable" cheese that you don't have to be a connoisseur to enjoy. As a result we stick to the classics: cheddar, colby, pepper jack, and a farmer's style. We hope our cheeses can be an intro to the world of farmstead cheese that the whole family will enjoy!

The three things I love most are: people, food and celebrating this most amazing life! Making ice cream brings all these loves together for me. I see it as my job to find flavors from farmers and artisan food producers in the Pittsburgh region and introduce them to you in unforgettable ice cream experience. – Nathan Holmes

Bob Portogallo, a native Pittsburgher, spent 10 years living and working in Chicago enjoying the city's famous Italian Beef and Sausage Sandwiches topped with Italian-style giardiniera. After moving back to Pittsburgh and not finding any peppers that would compare with the Chicago style giardiniera Bob decided to come up with his own recipe. At Weatherbury Farm we grow most of our own seed, we plant it, we nurture it, we harvest it and we grind it in to wholesome flour for you. Like many fine wines we consider our flour an “estate flour” as everything from putting the seed in the ground to putting the flour in the bag is done here at Weatherbury Farm.
