As we like to say: "We aren't farmers but we know our farmers well." Three Rivers Grown (TRG) connects regional producers to Pittsburgh's buyers, bridging the gap between the field and the walk-in. TRG manages the aggregation, sale and distribution of local goodness — quality food from small farms and food producers located within 250 miles of Pittsburgh, PA. Our goal is to increase the availability of local foods in wholesale markets, as such we sell exclusively to wholesale buyers ranging from grocery stores to foodservice operations.
MEET THE TEAM
Nathan Holmes – Owner
Nathan is a life long Pittsburgher and the mastermind behind Three Rivers Grown. He has been working with food and farmers in the Pittsburgh region for over a decade, constantly striving to build a food system that works for farmers and buyers alike. Nathan is dedicated to building community through food and his passion underpins everything we do at Three Rivers Grown.
Rachel Jardini – Manager
Rachel got her start with TRG thanks to a background in book keeping and grocery management. She is so happy when she gets to leave the office to drive a big truck and pet all of the farm animals! But most of all, she is grateful to help support local farms and companies in her dear hometown. When she's not working, she enjoys gardening and playing with her dog.
